This ornate rod is generally used as a symbol of office. It was forged
from gold. The metal is rich metallic yellow in appearance. It is
adorned with the image of a lemniscate. It has been set with an azurite
cabochon. The stone is an amazingly deep shape of indigo, with traces
of green.
