Item description:

These nearly two foot sleeves have been made out of a soft and
lightweight leather. They have been dyed a midnight black and have
leather ties running down the sides to help secure them in place. An
ancient rune said to boost the thieving skills of the user in exchange
for a little bit of mana has been etched into the side of each sleeve.
