Item description:

Long, black wings, with leather straps on the underside to allow them to be
strapped to your upper arms.  This allows your forearms to function
relatively freely, while still giving you the ability to use the wings in the
air.  While not big enough to lift you off the ground, they do help a lot
while walking, as they catch enough wind to lighten your load significantly.
