This skirt seems to be made of a fine cotton.  It looks like at one time it
use to be a longer length.  The bottoms have a hand stiched hem on it.  Slits
have been cut into either side, stopping just before the top hem. The skirt
seems to allow freedom of movement and looks like it might be comfortable, if
not a bit breezy.
