Item description:

Tiny human leg bones have been gruesomely woven together to form these
leggings. Glowing necromantic symbols and strange glyphs have been
carefully etched in blood onto the bones, granting arcane power to the
wearer. Though the blood has long since dried, the scent of blood still

lingers. These leggings are surprisingly heavy for mere bone, which would
be a slight hindrance in melee combat.
