Item description:

This large skull surrounded in flames probably came from a fire gaunt,
which is a smaller version of an undead fire giant. The fire surrounding
the skull is a mix of red and bright blue flames. When placed over ones
head these flames spread out over the body in a form of fiery shield. The
fire might hurt a bit, but overall it would provide decent protection as
well as some shielding against the cold.
