Item description:

This torque is a solid strip of mithril, bent into a U shape.  A hook has
been attached to each end. Normally the torque is placed against one's
neck, the hooks are connected together forming a circular piece of armor
that should provide some additional protection. The head of a bear has been
engraved into the front surface of the torque.
