Item description:

This dagger had been used many times by Avogadro.  He has used it
to sacrifice many animals and some people.  The dagger has a blade
made of silver.  On each side of the blade there is a carving.  On
one side there is a carving of a lion, and on the other a bear.  The
bear signifies how strong the Great Avogadro is, and the lion signifies
how powerful he is.  The handle of the dagger is wrapped with strings
of gold and silver.  On the top of the dagger there is a huge diamond.
