This cloak has definitely seen better days. There are several patches sewn
to repair it from where it had been torn, and many discolorations cover the
cloak to the point where the garment no longer has any uniformity in terms
of hue. Despite its horrible physical appearance, it obviously holds some
meaning for its owner otherwise it would have been thrown out.
