This ten inch book has been bound in some of the finest of black leather.
Etched into the side and the cover are the words, "The Book of the
Magistrate". Opening the book one finds that it is filled with all kinds of
information pertaining to the skills, various types of work and a host of
knowledge important or that is closely guarded by most thieves, rogues or
smugglers. The last twenty pages of the book are filled with a list of
names and places, none of which look very important to you.
