Item description:

It's a large white pelt, cut from the body of a rare and exotic
arctic wolf.  Rather than being warm, it radiates an aura of cold and
frost slowly collects on the tips of the white hairs. A soft white
glow surrounds the pelt as if it was magically enchanted.
