Item description:

It is a small piece of tanned dragonhide, apparently from some scaly beasts'
stomach. The scales are small and rounded, allowing the skin to fold easily
yet still retain its protective properties.  It shimmers in the light, and
the faint glow of enchantment flows over it like a protective glaze.
