Item description:

This Morningstar is a finely crafted two-wield weapon.  The haft is
fashioned from highly polished mithril with a curling serpent design. A
two foot chain has been attached to the top of the haft with a ball also
constructed out of mithril with blunted spikes of a greenish color.
