Item description:

This mighty weapon consists of a blade several feet long with a skull
crafted out of a sapphire set in the end of the handle. The blade has a
razor sharp double edge and the handle has been wrapped in a heavy leather
of a jet black. It is a rather heavy weapon, but in the hands of a skilled
fighter they should be able to strike blows of tremendous strength with it.
