Item description:

A rather small circular amulet, with a white side, and a black side. On the
white side there's a small engraved figure of a green and healthy tree on a
sunny day, while on the other side there's a dead tree with no leaves at all,
on a dark and cloudy night. It pulses strangely, with its own rhythm.
