This cape has been created out of the finest red silk and has been
embroidered with various runes all around its outer edges. Each rune has
been scribed in an ancient script and glows softly as if enchanted with
power. The material is very flimsy and delicate although the runes do seem
to give the user some protection as well as some other special benefits.
