Item description:

This is a thick book, bound in leather, measuring seven  inches tall and
five inches wide.  The book's title "Midnight Dreams" is stamped in gold
along one edge. On the cover is a picture of a person lying fast asleep in
a large bed. Flipping open the book, you find its all about dreams and the
advantages of sleep. It goes into detail how sleep can help one to
regenerate lost stamina, health and magic.
