Item description:

This nearly three foot weapon ends in a claw with razor hsharp talons
coated in a thin layer of ice. It looks as if it was chopped off just
above the elbow from whatever beast it came from with the last eight
or so inches having been crafted into a leather wrapped handle. The
entire thing is surrounded in a soft blue glow that seems to be the
source of its ice type damage.
