Item description:

This tiny cage is made of equally tiny bones.  Each is carved with runes,
and they glow slightly.  The entire cage encloses a space no bigger than a
human heart, and inside the cage pulses a multi-hued energy.  The item
feels strangely cold to the touch, and radiates power.
