Item description:

It's a staff made from what seems to have been a young ash tree, but rather
than the straight limb you would expect, it has strange kinks in three
places.  The kinks look natural, as though a simple side effect of another
branch having grown nearby, but you've never seen such a thing happen in
nature without intervention. There are a handful of cursive runes carved
into it at seemingly random locations, and while it is usable as a walking
staff you have to be careful how it's turned lest you hit yourself in the
leg with it.
