Item description:

This mystical circlet has been crafted from the finest of silver. A red cat
eye gem has been set in the front of the circlet. The gem has been
magically enchanted by an elven silversmith to give the user the ability to
see both in the dark and to see anything that might be invisible. It was
also found later on that the enchantment would slightly increase the user's
mental abilities as well.
