This shackle appears to have been crafted out of a jet black metal of a
type which you have never seen before. It magically adjusts in size to fit
around any sized wrist. There is no signs of any chain ever being attached
to it, which probably means it kept whatever was wearing it in its place
through some kind of magic. Whoever created it must have had strong trust
in their magic for it also seems to have been magically enchanted to
increase the wearers power in battle.
