Item description:

This belt is made from drake hide. It has about two dozen drake teeth,
dulled to they won't cut into the wearer's flesh, attached to it by leather
straps threaded through holes in the belt. Each fang has a tiny rune etched
to it, making it useless as a spell component but capable of channeling
necromantic energy.
