Item description:

A hardened, brown leather with holes at the opposite end of the buckle. 
The buckle of the belt is designed with a white dragon symbol of Trinsic,
the elven city. Beneath the dragon is an image of the Tree of Sentience,
the legendary birthplace of the elves.
