Item description:

This is an irregularily-shaped sphere of a milky white mist.  The mist is
constantly in motion, swirling around in elipses a glowing white core of
energy.  Despite the fact that it seems to be giving off vapor, the sphere
retaining its shape, albeit it changes slightly from orbit to orbit.
