Item description:

A firm grasp on the hilt causes an icicle to form, extend, and then quickly
glaciate into an incredibly durable form. Wisps of fog seem to curl off the
weapon, as the immense temperature difference causes white vapor to trail
the icy cutting-edge. The hilt itself is extremely cold to the touch, and
deep sapphires mounted on the guard glimmer, creating a beautiful contrast
to the white ether.
