This bracer is made of an unknown metal. It has a tiny engraving of an
arrow trailing flame, and a number next to it, a sure sign this bracer came
from an apprentice of the mages' tower in Koralia's Heart. The bracer does
not have a strong feeling of power about it, but it would definitely
improve one's magical ability at least somewhat.
