Item description:

These boots are made from the skin of a dragon.  The tips of the
boots have spikes made from the teeth of a dragon.  The boots are
extremely dirty, but the dirt helps preserve them.  They have been
used in many battles, and they can do great damage.  A person would
not want to get kicked with one of them.
