Item description:

This gnomish invention has been crafted out of copper and appears to be a
fish-shaped helmet of some kind. It has ridges that look like scales, a
tail and even fins just like a normal fish. The eyes are a lot closer
together than a normal fish and can be used by the wearer to look out of.
Even though this helm is funny to look at, it appears to be waterproof and
gives the user the ability to see in the dark.
