This is a small wicker basket with a sheet of paper inside. Sitting on
top of the paper is a large sub sandwich filled with juicy, succulent,
tender pork, smothered with patented barbecue sauce. The meat comes from
a butchered boar, has been slowly smoked and barbecued over the last six
or seven hours, and is served with two hush puppies and a small bowl of
cole slaw.
