Item description:

Beautiful glasswork makes up a large portion of the design on this scepter.  
A ball of brilliant blues greens and violets flow together with just a small 
bit of lead holding them together.  This is attached to a steel rod with 
etchings on it.  The images on the stained glass part of the scepter seem 
very ghostly in origin.
