Item description:

This strange grayed clothing seems to be made of air itself, and hovers
without any supports. Surrounding its surface seems to be thick wisps of
smoke that function as a cloud itself. Within this gray are streaks of
lightning, flickering flames, and shards of ice. They seem to flash across
the clothing's surface with no apparent pattern. It is quite clear that
this garment has been enchanted in a strange manner that non-djinnis would
find puzzling.
