Item description:

A beautiful skirt of changing natural hues, it is made of a thin woven
cloth and looks to be wrapped loosely about the waist and legs, drawn
tight with a thin cord.  Many wonderous designs adorn the fabric, the 
least of which stirs deep feelings of awe from within you.  A seamstress
of incredible power and ability must have crafted this unique garment,
for the sorcerous patterns are woven into the maize coloured material with
thin strands of silver metal that look as if they would snap from the
lightest of touches.  Untold time and effort must have been put into the
skirt, that much is obvious.
