Item description:

This heavy gold ring is set with solid orange-red gem. The gem is carved
with a seal: a crown over a dagger next to a book over a castle, the royal
crest of the Rubicon principality. Surrounding the crest are eight small
runes denoting the cardinal and secondary directions, as one would find in
a waypoint.
