Well this is just suspicious now you get to look closer, and quite frankly
worrying. It appears to be the skin from some humanoid creature, an orc if
you had to hazard a guess by the markings. Some evil creature has skinned
them and utilised their clan tattoos to great effect and turned them into a
rug fit for a chief.
