Item description:

The blade of this two and a half foot sword has been made out of what looks
to be copper. Crackling blue-white sparks jump up and down the entire
length of the sword. The guard has been crafted out of metal wrapped in
rubber and the handle has been wrapped in some kind of animal hide.
