Item description:

This very short wand is a triangular shaped cone filled with crushed ice
that has been mixed with a blue liquid. The liquid smells sweet. The entire
wand is cold to the touch but not overpowering so. The cone part of the
wand is solid white and has a waxy feel to it while the top half the wand
feels like tiny ice cubes.
