Item description:

This white metal helm has a rounded cone on the top.  It is lined with
leather, and the cone on top is hollow to lighten it and help it balance
the wearer's head.  The base of the helm is lined with white terrycloth
that hangs down and coveres the neck.  A yellow band wraps around the
helmet over the brow and ears, and that band glows with a faint light.
