Item description:

This gruesome helm has been crafted out of a black iron and a short
curving horn of a black ivory sticks up from each side. It is partially
covered in chunks of gore and splatters of dried blood. An eerie red
glow of pure evil surrounding the helm sends a shiver up your spine.
