Item description:

The craftsmanship of this helm is of the finest quality and most
likely of dwarven design. It appears to have been made out of mithril
with sapphire inlaid lightning bolts engraved on each side of the
helm. It is in pretty good shape with no rust and only a few dents
and should provide decent protection for ones head.
