Item description:

This lightweight set of white ceremonial vestments is lined with a thick
band of ebony silk stitched on to drape around the shoulders.  Stitched
into the band in silver thread are a series of runes which bear
similarities to the church of Dentin, but appear much more ancient and
foreign than those in modern use.
