Item description:

This is a skirt made with vines and the branch arms of huskers from the
dark forest of Archais.  The skirt stirs even when the wearer does not, and
when there's no wind blowing either.  Even with that somewhat creepy
observation, the skirt seems to radiate an aura of aid.
