Item description:

These are solid metal plates, curved to fit a fighter's legs. They are
lined with thick padding, and have thick leather straps and buckles to 
wrap behind the leg to keep it tight and fitted. Bits and pieces of rotten,
diseased flesh cover the greaves, making them unattractive, but they are
still wearable and could provide good protection.
