Item description:

This fine scale measures nearly four feet in length. It is an iron-gray in
color and on the inner side hangs a strip of flesh, which could be gripped
in ones hand to use it as a shield. Considering it came from a dragon it
most likely would share some of the same resistances as the dragon had.
