Item description:

A large, chitnous shell that once covered the head of a large praying mantis.
It looks pretty tough, but a bit of the mantis's aura still clings to it. The
head has a negative effect on your thought processing, and its not hard to
see why...the mantis obvisously didn't need it to function.
