Item description:

Set upon a circular disc of a pale cyan are eight twisting arrows.
Some swirl around so as to curl over themselves and others, some bend sharply
but are otherwise rigid, some wiggle, and finally all eight end up starting
at a central point and end up pointing in eight cardinal directions.  The
arrows are of a dried-blood red, and are embossed and polished to a shine. 
Oddly, set in the back appears to be a childish carving of someone sticking
their tongue out.  From the front it appears magical and sacred, from the
back, a tad goofy...
