Item description:

This slimy tentacle consists of a claw at one end and the other end
is bloody with torn flesh. The tentacle was ripped from some sort of
monster yet it is twitching and moving. You can hook the claw to the
other end and use it as a belt or wrap this around you wrist as armor.
The leathery skin of this tentacle is extremely tough and offers as
good a protection as any conventional armor.
