Item description:

A beautifully crafted blade that glistens deep blue in the sunlight.  A
metal guard has been placed around the hilt providing a little protection
and perhaps allowing for a little better disarm also. Strange flowing runes
are almost visible on the blade itself, and a slight feeling of magic is
present as you handle the sword.
