Item description:

A dark swath of a fine elven spun silk.  It has been wrapped tightly
about a hand carved wooden cap, and fitted with a soft inner lining.
An assortment of expensive looking gems are wedded to the front of
the turban, set so the jewels are over the forehead when worn.  In
the air around the edges of the black silk turban a very faint green
shimmer can be seen, evidence of its mystical properties.
