Item description:

This scepter is about three feet long and is made of gold. The bottom of
the scepter narrows down to a dull point, and is capped with a large
diamond. The top flares slightly, and is topped with a very large ruby.
Other jewels and precious stones have been cut and shaped, and been
placed in spirals and other shapes and set into the length of the
scepter. It is faintly glowing as if it contained its own magical light
source.
